Why therapy

People seek therapy for many reasons. Often we are going through a difficult life circumstance that causes emotional pain, and we need to feel better and understand the situation more clearly.  We all would like to feel happy, whole, and to have a life that is emotionally balanced and fulfilling. Sometimes, we continue the same patterns that lead us in the same relationships despite our best efforts to change. It can be helpful to talk to an objective person about what is troubling you.
